Yes. Pro is €25 and Enterprise €49 per user per month. A 4-person team on Pro pays €100 a month. External contacts who log in to a client portal are not counted as users.
Pro is the business platform: website builder, CRM and pipelines, notes and projects, Outlook 2-way sync with AI-drafted replies, analytics, helpdesk, e-commerce, workflows and portals. Enterprise adds the AI layer - autonomous AI agents, the AI meeting notetaker, native A/B testing and the no-code apps builder - plus 50 pages and 50 GB.
A page is a published URL you design in the builder: your home page, a landing page, a blog article template. System pages generated by the platform (login, client portal, record views) and dynamic detail pages rendered from one template do not count.
Nothing breaks. Existing pages stay live; you can archive a page to free a slot or move to the next plan. We tell you before you hit a limit, not after.
Yes. Yearly billing gives you two months free compared with monthly. Switch between the two from your billing settings.
Webooto is in early access. Leave your details and we contact you within one business day, set up your workspace and walk you through it. Ask for a 15-minute call if you want to see the platform live first.
No. Webooto is designed for non-technical teams. Developers can go further with custom code, the API and the workflow builder, but nothing on this page requires it.
Stripe, Microsoft Outlook 365 (mail and calendar), Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams natively. The workflow builder connects to any other service through webhooks and HTTP calls.
